Sue was an active member of the Quimper Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Port Townsend. Sue was an avid reader. Her favorite thing to do was to sit in front of the fireplace listening to classical music while reading her current favorite book. As a true Bookie, she belonged to the "Bookies Book Club." Sue journaled "Bookies today did me a world of good." She enjoyed her club members and always looked forward to each meeting. Sue was a supporter of many Humane groups including the Humane Society of Jefferson County in Port Townsend.
