Patricia Ann (Seymour) Kelvy, 64, passed away on Feb. 21, 2017 in Port Townsend, Wash. Patti was born Dec. 4, 1952 in Aberdeen, Wash. She graduated from Mount Vernon high school in 1971 and attended Skagit Valley College. Patti owned and operated Talley's Deli from 1989-1991.

In August 1995, she married Robert Kelvy on Marrowstone Island, Wash. She enjoyed her time fishing, football, frogs and cooking. She was affiliated with the Port Towsend Elks and the Mount Vernon Moose lodge.

Patti was preceded in death by her parents Dewey Seymour and Evelyn Karanson; stepfather William Karanson; and her brother Daniel Seymour.

She is survived by her husband Robert; daughter Alicia (Phil) Sullivan of Eatonville, Wash.; stepdaughter Julie (James) Allan of Port Townsend; stepson Robert Kelvy, Jr. of Port Townsend; brothers Wes (Katherine) Seymour of Gig Harbor, Wash. and Roger Jarvela of Sun City, Ariz.; and sister Katherine (Bob) Izzy of Seabeck, Wash. She is survived by nine grandchildren: D'Andre and Aubriana Bardwel; Peyton Sullivan; Rachel and Jesse Allan; Jasmine, Virginia, Kadence and Chevy Kelvy; as well as two great-grandchildren Chanel Bardwell and Kylie Peterson.

A celebration of life potluck will be held Saturday, March 25, 2017 from Noon to 2 p.m. at the Highway 20 Roadhouse in Port Townsend. Memorial contributions can be made to the Elks Lodge 317 veterans program at 555 Otto St., Port Townsend, WA 98368.
