Daniel Philip McConaghy known as Dan/Danny, 52, of Port Townsend, Washington passed away on Aug. 29, 2022.
Dan was born in Port Townsend on June 10, 1970. He attended Chimacum High School.
Dan worked in construction. He enjoyed football, fishing, family, and friends. Dan was an avid Seahawks fan. He will be missed by many.
Dan was preceded in death by parents, James Patrick McConaghy and Teresa Ann Pearce.
Dan is survived by long-time partner, Patty O’Meara; brothers, Mike, Jim, Brian, and John; sister, Crystal Neu; children, David Wells, Casey, Johnny, Marisa and Corey McConaghy; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
A viewing will be held 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16, 2022 at Kosec Funeral Home. Funeral service to immediately follow at the Greenwoods Cemetery, 9099 WA-19, Chimacum. A Celebration of Life will be held following the funeral at the Fred Lewis Scout Cabin, 3075 Discovery Road.
