The Port Townsend High School Class of 2022 is kicking off annual fundraising efforts with their “Flocking” campaign in the coming weeks.
Flocks of Flamingos will be placed around town in the yards of supporters to raise funds for the post-graduation safe, alcohol and drug free “Grad Night” party hosted by parents and guardians of the graduates.
Once the flock lands on your lawn or at your business, supporters can choose to donate $25 to the cause, or for $35, a PT Class of 2022 Senior “Wrangler” will move your birds on to a friend’s place! Donations are greatly appreciated but you are under no obligation. Flocks are placed under cover of darkness and will be retrieved the following afternoon.
If you’d like to have the flock come for a visit to show your support to the 2022 PTHS seniors, please email 2022PTHSgradnight@gmail.com with the subject line “”Send the Flock My Way” (or something like that)!
If you’d like to make a donation to support this last evening for seniors to gather as a class, please send it to “Port Townsend Class of 2022 Grad Night” at 1392 Rose Street, Port Townsend, or visit our GoFundMe page at www.gofundme.com/f/safe-sober-grad-night-for-pths-seniors-2022.
Thanks for supporting the Class of 2022 Seniors as they make their way into the world!
