I would like to remind people that the Jefferson County Farmers Market still has online ordering from Tuesday to Thursday each week for an order pick-up on Saturday morning. The details of how to sign up for an account and the times of pick-up are on their website.
I would like to remind the vendors that over the last year I have spent more online buying their produce and other products than I ever spent while walking through the actual farmers market. And, if you order online and pick-up, you can still walk thru the market while socially distanced.
It has been such a gift to be able to be able to order online without being around crowds of people and by being able to get produce before it was sold out in the market. Every thing I have ordered online was of the highest quality.
If more people don’t avail themselves of this service, there is the possibility that it could be discontinued. Thank you for reading this.
