We Are Puget Sound @ SEA Discovery Center

SEA Discovery Center in Poulsbo, WA is hosting a free event with local photographer Brian Walsh. Brian will share his amazing photographs from the book, WE ARE PUGET SOUND and will introduce us to the people, places, and wildlife through captivating images. He will describe the human connections in the past and present and showcase community members engaged in remarkable efforts that benefit Puget Sound.

Guests will have the opportunity to explore the aquarium exhibits and visit the WE ARE PUGET SOUND travelling exhibit. The in-person exhibit at SEA Discovery Center is designed to inspire urgent action to restore Puget Sound’s health. The interactive “Act Now” station invites people to take a pledge to preserve this vital ecosystem and the livelihoods they support by focusing on various actions from the campaign’s 10 Things You Can Do for Puget Sound. WE ARE PUGET SOUND, which was created as a partnership between Braided River and Washington Conservation Action.

Liberty Bay Books will have books available at the event.
