Even though I live in District 2, I am enthusiastically supporting Greg Brotherton for re-election!
I live on Marrowstone Island and met Greg when island residents were trying to stop a rural residential industrial marijuana site near Fort Flagler.
We worked with Greg for two years, and I grew to really like and respect him. Greg listened to us, said honestly what he felt, changed his mind, promised to support the county code change the following year, and did what he promised!
I trust his word!
And I appreciate Greg’s comfortable style. He listens carefully and responds quickly to issues voiced in meetings or by email.
Greg works tirelessly for our county, with grace and good humor. Greg thinks outside the box, as I watched him looking for ways to help the homeless and those who were impacted by them. He truly cares about Jefferson County’s people and natural treasures. And Greg is a great songwriter.
I am so glad that Greg is running for re-election. We need him!
