Vaccine clinic coming to Quilcene School

A clinic to give shots of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is being planned for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23 in the library at Quilcene School.

The clinic will be for students 12 years and older, their parents and family members, and any school personnel and their family members. 

The event is being sponsored by the Jefferson County Department of Emergency Management and Tri-Area Pharmacy.

Officials noted the vaccination clinic is open to all community members.

A follow-up clinic for the second dose of the vaccine will be scheduled in Quilcene approximately three to four weeks after the first dose.

Appointments are required and can be made at https://prepmod.doh.wa.gov//appointment/en/reg/9257501648 or by calling 360-344-9791. Calls for appointments will be returned within 24 hours.

Minors must have signed parental consent which can be found at the end of the online registration form.
