We would like to extend a very public thank you to the men and women of Jefferson County who came to the Beach Club in Port Ludlow to present a very important message. “You are on your own.” We thought we knew a lot about this because of our research and the work of our neighbors who volunteer to keep us informed about disasters.
We were impressed with the number of public service workers who take this very seriously and want us to do so as well. The presentations were informative and engaging. Kudos to the county employees and others who work to keep us safe. Thank you.
