The Friends of Port Townsend Golf Park invites golfers and nongolfers of all ages to enjoy Sunday in the Park March 3 at the golf course, 1948 Blaine St. Beginning at 1pm, golf will stop and the fairways will open to strollers, dog walkers, bird watchers, disc golfers and members of the general public. The Washington Native Plant Society will conduct a tour of the Kah Tai Prairie Preserve at 2 p.m. and the driving range will be open for a swing clinic, with golf balls available at a discount.
