There are two Democratic candidates running for county commissioner. Only one has 25 years experience as a county manager. Only one has a track record of achievements that shows she will get the job done for us and never waver. Only one knows how to navigate complicated policies, permits and budgets, allowing her to identify workable solutions to serious problems vexing our community.
Only one is skilled in community outreach, ensuring that citizens have a genuine voice in their government. Only one has worked with elected officials at every level of government, including the White House. Only one has extensive experience in business and nonprofits, as well as government. Only one is nationally recognized for her work and was appointed by the governor to the Washington State Economic Board. Lorna Smith is the only one.
Please join me and vote for Lorna Smith for county commissioner on Nov. 3!
