James will show up to work and serve the community.
I was a deputy prosecutor for Jefferson County for nearly 17 years, and during that time, I worked for three different elected prosecutors.
James Kennedy will work diligently because he has a passion for the job.
Instead of inserting himself into every decision made by his team, James will set expectations, then make sure everyone has the training, tools, and time to succeed.
James will handle a full caseload and meet his court deadlines.
By showing up every day, James will allow his deputies to pursue new skills and attend cutting-edge training. By showing up every day, his team will be able to provide more training to county employees, thus helping to reduce the risk of expensive litigation.
