Yesterday (Saturday 3/28) the access road off Jacob Miller was half-blocked and an attendant was stopping vehicles and checking ID on drivers to confirm they are Jeff Co residents. Anyone not a resident was turned away. So, if you need to haul trash or recycle, have your ID ready.
