All Readers invited! Reading ToGather Outside! Bring your own book and your picnic blanket, and gather in a grassroots way with other readers outside the field at Finnriver on the fourth Thursdays, from 6-7:30pm, for reading space with camaraderie and community. Folks can sit, read their books, eat, drink and enjoy the sounds of lively community, pages turning and thoughtful conversation.
As the season warms up, Finnriver becomes busier so we're shifting into a more informal, seasonal mode for this reading gathering. This is not an organized ‘book club’ and there will be no formal facilitation or leader. Folks who want to gather can meet beneath the holly tree in the Cider Garden yard and select a location together for collective reading space. Remember to bring a picnic blanket!
Want to swap books? Bring a pile of your old books for sharing and swapping. A chance to give and receive the joy of reading something wonderful!
