The Port Townsend Sunrise Rotary Club hopes to stomp out cold toes with warm socks.
Members have kicked off a community sock drive for the month of January.
Sunrise Rotary Club is requesting donations of new, warm “outdoor” socks that can be distributed to the homeless and those in need. The club will coordinate with organizations in the community to make sure that these warm socks get to those that need them.
President Lois Sherwood said all donations of new socks will be accepted; email us at pttownsendsunriserotary@gmail.com for a nearby location during the month of January.
