Contribute to Northwind Art’s gallery walls with these two opportunities.
Port Townsend’s nonprofit printmaker’s guild, Corvidae Press, invites artists to submit their work online for “The Printmaker’s Hand V.”
A jury will choose 60 works for the gallery exhibition along with eight generous awards. From Sept. 2 until Oct. 31, this biennial juried exhibition will be on display at the Northwind Art Best Gallery.
Submissions will be accepted until Wednesday, May 5. Visit corvidaepress.com for instruction.
Visual artists and poets are also called to contribute to a juried exhibit of art and poetry, entitled “Lost Words.”
Asked to respond, in any medium, to a prompt surrounding “lost words,” the chosen artists and wordsmiths will be displayed from June 17 through July 25 at Northwind Art’s Best Gallery.
The deadline for submissions in May 23. Visit artist.callforentry.org for entry information.
