With discussion on the housing
crisis in Port Townsend and talk of
a housing tax levy being considered
by Jefferson County, I hope we will
also consider offering tax incentives
to investors and builders building
affordable housing.
We need motivations that aren’t
just tied into our local real estate
market, and encourage a wide range
of investors in this critical need.
