Guns, guns, guns.
I’m appalled and dismayed that The Leader has put for two weeks an ad for guns from the new store over in Sequim called Coastal. This week, it is the Father’s Day sale.
Does that mean we want all the fathers in Port Townsend to get these guns as a gift? Most of these are not for hunting; they look like assault rifles and plenty of handguns.
Do we want these guns in our town? Where now in America we are shooting our congressmen?
Greed in America is rampant. And now our local newspaper is being greedy by accepting such a distasteful ad.
