in Port Hadlock, a man on Irondale Road said someone had siphoned diesel fuel out of his truck.
The man did not want a case number, he only wanted to report the incident.
The estimated loss was $80.
At 8:27 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31 in Quilcene, a man said he was being threatened and harassed by his landlord.
The renter said his landlord entered his home without notifying him and was yelling and intimidating.
The man wasn’t clear about what his landlord said or what the threats were, so he asked a deputy to contact the man via phone.
The renter said he lives on the same property as his landlord, and the renter could not detail specific threats.
The man did not want to press charges or apply for a protection order because he was afraid things would worsen.
At 12:02 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1 in Brinnon, a resident complained about a brown pit bull dog that runs around the neighborhood and is not on a leash.
The caller said the dog barks at him when he is outside.
Animal control contacted the resident, who said he wasn’t positive about who owned the dog.
The last incident occurred the previous night, and the caller said he planned to go to his property later and thought the dog would come back out.
The man was given suggestions on how to protect himself and was advised to call back when the dog was outside.
