The Jefferson Museum of Art & History will stay closed until March at least, according to a recent announcement from Jefferson County Historical Society executive director Shelly Leavens.
“Governor Inslee's latest mandate has instructed all museums to close once again for the safety of our communities as COVID-19 cases are increasing across the state,” she said. “Trustees and staff have made the difficult decision to remain closed through March.”
A new exhibition, “Peggy Smith-Venturi: Unwrapped,” which had been slated to open this winter, has been rescheduled for April.
All virtual programs remain on schedule.
