Anita Smith of the Kitsap Immigrant Assistance Center is to present “¿Conoces tus derechos? Do you know your rights?” at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 11 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 1335 Blaine St.
