UPDATE at 3:34 p.m. Sunday: Power has been restored to all by one customer, according to the latest PUD map.
UPDATE at 5 p.m. Friday: Jefferson County PUD is reporting 1,400 customers experiencing power outages as of 4 p.m., mostly in Quilcene, Cape George and Marrowstone Island.
A high wind warning has been posted by the National Weather Services for the Pacific Northwest through 10 o'clock tonight, Friday, April 7. Port Townsend, Oak Harbor and Friday Harbor could be impacted, the service reports.
As of 3 p.m. Friday, an estimated 750 customers in the Jefferson County Public Utility District (PUD) are out of power, including more than 500 customers in the Cape George area.
