Otto Gershon of the Hebraic Assembly of Port Angeles is to teach free Hebrew classes starting Wednesday, April 19 at the Better Living Center, 1505 Franklin St., Port Townsend.
Classes are scheduled to take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on a weekly basis. Participants learn Hebrew and gain insights into the Jewish mind-set and culture, Gershon said. People of all faiths are welcome. Classes are free except for the workbook (“The First Hebrew Primer,” third edition), to be purchased online.
