An exploratory meeting on the formation of a ballroom dance club will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10 at the American Legion Hall, 209 Monroe St., Port Townsend.
Might Port Townsend host a ballroom dance club (one that holds monthly dances and provides regular lessons)? People interested in helping to form such a club can come to the first organizational meeting to talk about the group’s structure, dance club membership, venues, available music (DJs, bands, sound system), dance instructors, advertising, launch date, and more.
