I am writing in support of a resounding “yes” on the upcoming vote for a levy lid lift for East Jefferson Fire Rescue.
These vital, hard-working professionals are telling us that they need additional funds to carry out their jobs properly and I believe them. Let’s not get to the point where we make a call about a fire or medical emergency and there is no timely response.
Vote “yes” in February to give EJFR the funds they need to do their jobs.
