Washington State Police report traffic slowdown after a motorcycle and car collided near the intersection of SR 104 at Shine Road, about three miles west of the Hood Canal Bridge.
Trooper Mark Hodgson reported via Twitter that the motorcyclist was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
