After having spent the last 17 years working with Joe Nole I can attest to the integrity of this man and his strong ethical principles.
Instead of finding ways to demoralize the deputies and staff, he has been there as a leader assisting them with their duties "for the good of the organization.”
Joe is very honest, intelligent and hard working. This is why I am happy to endorse him for Jefferson County Sheriff. He will always be there to help the employees and the community.
It would do the current sheriff well to read the core values in the 2018 Strategic Plan.
