Give more and ask less was your soul. Selfless and loyal to a fault, many mouths have uttered “thank you” in honor of your sacrifices. Many lives are less without you. Know this last Dennis, you are loved.

Denny was born Nov. 11, 1946, in Port Townsend WA, to Ewan and Ina Warfield. He lived all his childhood years in Coyle/Quilcene with his parents and 7 brothers and sisters. He worked for Tex Lockridge as a ranch hand until he graduated from Quilcene High School (67’) and was drafted into the US Army. After serving a tour in Vietnam, he returned to Ft. Lewis, WA., and married Pat Rihtarich. Honorably discharged, Denny moved back to Quilcene and began a family of his own while working in the forest industry. With his wife and three children, he eventually settled in Port Townsend, retiring from Indian Island Naval base as a civil servant. Upon the death of his beloved Pat, he married Molly Middleton and spent nine years of happiness until he passed peacefully on the night of January 30, 2024.

He is survived by his 3 children, Rusty, Trisha, and DJ; 5 grandchildren, Louie, Jacob, Kaela, Nicholas, and Audrey; and 1 great-grandchild, PJ.

He is also survived by his sisters, Norma and Rosemary, and an army of nieces and nephews to help continue the Warfield family empire!
