Daughters of Norway DNA With a Twist

Kathy Solheim will present a class which explores a 150-year-old family history mystery and demonstrates the use of genealogical records search combined with DNA research to enhance or break through a brick wall in the family tree.

Kathy Solheim was born in Port Townsend, Washington and is a legacy member of the Clark County Genealogical Society (CCGS) established in 1972 in Vancouver, Washington. Her mother was one of the original founding members of CCGS. Kathy conducts seminars and classes specializing in Norwegian genealogical research. She has located, and is in contact with, every living person in Norway and the US that descend from her Norwegian 2nd great grandparents.
