Busker by the cafe In town for Centrum's Festival of American Fiddle Tunes, Matt Rivers played "Rag Mama" and other tunes July 2 on Water Street in Port Townsend. At one point he stopped for a beat and spun his guitar around like a rotisserie chicken. A few beats later, he did it again, flipping the instrument from end to end. He's from Southern California.
