Every month, I find a small plastic bag with a small stone and a lawncare business card inside.
On our street, most residents travel at least once a year and they are gone for a week or two. The plastic bag remains on the driveway until they return.
The presence of that plastic bag day after day is a clear sign to burglars that no one is home. How many homes have been broken into because of this no-cost form of advertising?
