Greg Brotherton is deserving of re-election as our county commissioner.
He has demonstrated on several occasions he is a good listener, to all sides of an issue, and makes well-informed decisions in the best interest of the majority of county residents. He has worked on several land-use issues and is now working with the homeless to provide viable, long-term, beneficial solutions. He demonstrated on the contentious industrial marijuana grow issue a willingness to change his opinion.
His willingness to accept changes in his own opinion shows true strength of character. He then changed the county code to prevent damage to our rural residential zoned areas. He is actively engaged as our county commissioner and circulates around the county to listen to various groups.
It cannot be emphasized enough that he actively “listens” to his county constituents and forms well thought out opinions and acts correspondingly.
I find him to be honest, straightforward, responsive to questions, compassionate and caring about all residents in Jefferson County.
I encourage you and your neighbors to vote for Greg Brotherton for county commissioner.
