A Beatles sing-along takes place from 5 to 7 p.m., Saturday, March 26 at Pippa’s Real Tea, 636 Water St., Port Townsend
This is the second such sing-along, which sprung from an Art Night performance at Pippa’s, when, to the group’s surprise, patrons began singing along with each Beatle song sung by the Free Radicals.
The Free Radicals are Glen Hellman, Willie Weatherly and “Otis” Otey, each of whom has been playing since the early '60s.
“Each of us picked up guitars when we first heard the Beatles,” Otey said. “So, between us, we have over 150 years of experience. We should soon get the hang of it.”
Song sheets are supplied. There is no cover charge, but donations are welcome.
