Free speech is not a blank check; it has its limitations. Inciting riot is one of those limitations, I believe.

It's also pushing the envelope of "insuring a well-trained militia" and the "right to keep and bear arms" to allow military semi-automatic weapons into those who take them onto our streets, into our parks, into our schools, into our churches, synagogues and mosques . . . into theaters or outdoor festivals, into grocery and department stores. We might as well OK hand grenades.
