Cape George Colony Club H.O.A. is seeking a people-oriented, grounds and facilities maintenance assistant to work 20 plus hours a week. This position reports to the General Manager and works with the Maintenance Caretaker and Water Manager.
Job Requirements
• Self-starter and team player.
• Ability and willingness to do hard physical labor, including lifting, shoveling and construction in bad weather.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs.
• Use of landscape equipment, from weed whackers to tools used to cut and clear trees.
• Learn processes to assist in maintenance of all facilities and grounds including pool, roads, and water system.
• Help maintain equipment.
• Speak, read, and write in English.
• Have a high school diploma AND a valid WA state driver’s license.
