A 36-year-old Port Hadlock woman is facing charges for driving under the influence after she drove off the road on Highway 20 near Discovery Bay Thursday night.
The woman was hurt in the wreck and was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment.
The woman was driving west on Highway 20 near Eaglemount Road when her 1994 Nissan Sentra went off the roadway to the left and the Nissan came to rest in the eastbound ditch, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The crash was reported at 7:22 p.m. Jan. 26. The car was towed from the scene by Northwest Towing and Recovery.
The driver had previously been arrested for DUI in Jefferson County. Booking records from the Jefferson County Jail show she was arrested Jan. 28, 2021 for driving under the influence.
