Frosty left this world on December 12, 2018, at the age of 91. It was a life well lived. He was born in Elk Falls, Kansas, the son of Charles M. Foust and Nancie Jane (Shaw) Foust. Frosty grew up in the Midwest and attended the University of Nebraska, in the Dept. of Chemical Engineering, after his term with the US Navy. Upon graduation he joined the General Electric Co. to do research and development of nuclear materials. He later went to work with Exxon Nuclear in development and promotion of nuclear power that took him to Europe, Asia as well as different areas of the USA.

Frosty married Dorothy Jean Kline in 1986, his soul mate who he cherished for the 25 years they were together here on earth. His many interests ranged from fishing and hunting to golf, barbershop singing and traveling the world with Dorothy. He was a sailor and an aviator. Frosty also was a committed supporter of local arts and outdoor conservation organizations. He is survived by his two daughters, Jill (Charles) and Joy, stepson Blair Kline and his three sisters, Reta, Lu Alice and Marlene. A celebration of life has been planned for close friends and family.
