It’s such a joy to be alive to listen to the enthusiasm and energy right now. As I write, it is 75 days before the upcoming election. I am reminded of the words of Helen Reddy’s song, “I Am Woman:”
“I am woman, hear me roar

And I know too much to go back and pretend.”
Our country stands at a crossroads right now and I have high hopes each of us will find a new road to elect a president who has courage, honesty and a passion for our country.
After listening last night to Kamala Harris’s address I realized that this might be my last chance to vote and help change our country.
What a joy to have this opportunity.
