I’m grateful Joe Biden handily won the election. Our former president is such a rotten loser. Hopefully the House Select Committee focused on the Jan. 6 coup attempt, the New York tax fraud lawsuits, the Georgia Grand jury investigating Trump’s election theft request will end in a conviction and the Donald will be sent to prison for a good long time. As more of us see him clearly, (grifter, Mega liar, jinx) and divorce his big lies, perhaps we can avoid civil war.

It’s tragic Joe can’t pass bipartisan legislation to protect the right to vote.

Biden’s continuing to spend a trillion on next-gen nuclear weapons, foisting an arms race on Russia and China is insane. We could be heading toward a Green New Deal, encouraging world-wide nuclear disarmament. We’re 100 years away from cooking our planet, constantly 100 minutes away from a nuclear war? You think maybe it’s time to change course?

Strangling Venezuela, Nicaragua, Iran, and Russia’s economies is better than hot wars but not nearly as good as the precious fruit of goodwill, friendship, mutual respect, and fairness to all concerned. Grow up Uncle Sam! Stop making enemies to justify feeding and deploying the dangerous expensive military industrial covert-ops congressional war machine.

Our grandbabies need a future. If war-addled neocons continue playing the “great game” of world domination our military may succeed in defeating global warming by precipitating nuclear winter. Greta Thunberg’s generation is not going to like that!

I’m mostly glad our troops left Afghanistan. Enough blood on our hands already. President Biden: Please free up Afghan money frozen in our banking system so food aid can happen and Afghanis aren’t forced to become refugees or starve.

Good luck to us all. It’s past time to pursue peace!
