I am curious if Mr. Dies actually contacted the Co-op to get their input on why Cameron Jones was removed from their board. As far as I know, “hate speech” was not listed as the reason.
As far as his fantasy that people of color are causing the majority of our society’s problems, I would suggest that he get his house checked for gas leaks, and perhaps seek counseling to reconcile his own obvious issues with racism.
Lastly, to infer that the Co-op has anything to do with “god-fearing” values is laughable. “God-fearing” is a thinly disguised euphemism for far-right religious extremism, which I can guarantee is not mentioned in their mission statement. Candyce Owens, by the way, has about as much credibility as Alex Jones or Tucker Carlson in this part of the country, which is to say, next to zero.
