The Port Townsend Sunrise Rotary has announced its students of the month for February and March.
The Rotary chose Tallulah Sebastian and Bryce Harbin for exceptional leadership and service in February and Roxanne Rincon and Dakota Purser in March for being creative thinkers.
Each month, the rotary highlights a different element of student life to recognize the diversity of student achievement. The students are nominated by their teachers based on the category selected each month.
All four students attend Port Townsend High School.
Sebastian’s parents are Cami and Gus Sebastian. She is known for her leadership in Students for Sustainability, a club that fosters sustainable practices.
Harbin’s parents are Heather and Mike Harbin. He started a probability club at the high school and plans to attend Texas A&M after graduation.
Rincon attends the Career and Technical Educational program through West Sound Tech in Bremerton, where she is engaged in hands-on learning in healthcare careers.
Purser’s parent is Ashley Clanton. He plans to pursue a career in culinary arts after graduation.
