A Port Ludlow man was stabbed to death by a 17-year-old Monday evening.
Few details on the murder were available early Tuesday.
According to a post on social media, the sheriff's office said deputies received a report of a stabbing at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 28.
A woman called 911 to report that her 17-year-old son had stabbed her husband and then ran off.
Sheriff's deputies searched the area with help from the Port Townsend Police Department, and the teen was found in the woods and taken into custody without incident.
Detectives planned to continue their investigation in Port Ludlow on Tuesday, according to the sheriff's department.
