All you grandparents with grandchildren up to 5 years old in Jefferson County, there’s a new, free gift for you to share. The Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library will deliver by mail one age-targeted book per month to your grandchild’s home.
You get to share the pictures and words to spark their budding imaginations. There are many great resources such as our libraries (who are also supporting the program) to get books for children, but this is the most convenient way to get books in the young hands and in front of the curious eyes of small children (hopefully, with a grandparent by their side).
