We have two very good candidates for the vacant county commission. It is a difficult choice but the COVID times we are in and the difficult decisions ahead, tell me that I need to vote for the most qualified and experienced candidate.
That candidate is Lorna Smith. Lorna has the knowledge and extensive experience to quickly start working on the issues of rental housing, family wage jobs, homelessness, the environment, and the fact that we cannot continue to rely on an economy that is so dependent on tourism.
My vote is for experience — Lorna Smith.
