Ruth M. Boulton (Boylan, Forde)

Posted

Oct. 7, 1928 – July 8, 2018

Ruth will be fondly remembered as a very physically active woman and a loving wife to first Richard Boylan then to John Boulton, both for 34 years. She was also the loving mother of Tom, Bryce, and Susan; and, grandmother of 19 and great-grandmother of 18 children.

Throughout the years Ruth ice skated, snow skied, water skied, horseback rode, golfed, played bridge, sewed, crocheted, gardened, shrimped, crabbed, and enjoyed the outdoors: exploring, walking, camping, and boating. She loved to read, learn, and travel. She was a manager for IBM in her early years, a stay at home mom, and a Pacific NW Indian docent for the UW museum.

A memorial service and potluck celebration of life will be held at the Masonic Hall in Quilcene on August 18, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. Any questions, please call John Boulton at (360)765-3394 or (360)301-3015.
