The East Jefferson Rivals football team was handily defeated by Nisqually League opponents Cascade Christian School 43-8 Friday at home.
Junior wide receiver Brody Moore scored EJ’s only touchdown on a 50-plus yard catch and run following a screen pass from quarterback Cash Holmes in the third quarter.
Following tonight’s loss to the Cougars, the Rivals’ record sits at 0-4 with the Rivals taking on Life Christian Academy next on Saturday, Oct. 1 in Tacoma.
