Richard Leroy Breeden (Dickie Brown) age 75, of Forks Washington passed away in his home on September 9, 2019.

Richard was born in Spokane Washington on April 23, 1944. He attended Quilcene High School. He enlisted in the Army in 1965 and was honorably discharged in 1971. He married Margaret (Klagge) Bingham and resided in Quilcene; they divorced in 1980. He had a long-term relationship with Tina Jenkins and settled in Silverdale. When he retired, he moved to Forks to be close to his children. Richard collected people wherever he went and found many in Forks to share his life with. He enjoyed working at Leppell’s Flower Shop, driving for Twilight Tours and hanging out with his best friend, his dog Angel.

Richard was preceded in death by his mother Mary Breeden Bailey, Stepfather Pete Bailey and sister Linda Brown. He is survived by his children Glenda (John) Aldana, Bob (Heather) Bingham, Richard (Denice) Bingham, and Johnny (Cheyenne) Breeden all of Forks, WA. Kathy and Wayne Jenkins, and Grandchildren Robby and Katie McLean, Charim and Anibal Cruz, Nathan, Nichole, Ryan and Marie Bingham, Scott Switzer, and his sisters Elizabeth Long, Patricia Bailey, and Judy Kortegard.

A celebration of life and potluck is being held at the Rainforest Art Center, 35 N Forks Ave, Forks, WA at 11 o’clock Saturday, September 28, 2019. Donations in his memory may be made to Gold Star Monument Project, care of Forks VFW, PO Box 1116, Forks, WA 98331.
