Those interested in a festively romantic outing with dinner and drinks need look no further than Jefferson County.
Reservations for Finistère in Uptown Port Townsend on Valentine’s Day are already booked, while the Silverwater Cafe at 237 Taylor St. in Port Townsend is filling its tables quickly, so patrons are urged to call 360-385-6448 before they’re all booked.
The Resort at Port Ludlow is celebrating just prior to Valentine’s Day on Thursday, Feb. 13, with an evening of Italian perfectly paired with four courses of farm-to-fork cuisine, inspired by Italy’s finest flavors, interspersed by an intermezzo and dessert, with seating at 6:30 p.m. for $171 per person.
The Bishop Block Bottle Shop and Garden at 718 Washington St. in Port Townsend is offering Valentine’s Day cocktails and treats, including flatbreads and chocolate-covered strawberries, on Friday, Feb. 14, with bouquets, wreaths and garlands of dried flowers from the Fig and Otter Farm from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., followed by the festive tunes of Jonas Myers at the piano bar from 5-7 p.m.
Ajax Cafe at 21 N. Water St. in Port Hadlock is running both its traditional menu and a Valentine’s Day-themed selection of appetizers Entrees, drinks and desserts through the Valentine’s Day weekend, for which patrons can make reservations online at ajaxcafe.com or by calling 360-385-1965.
And the Red Wine and Chocolate Tour is running from noon to 5 p.m. on the Saturday and Sunday of Feb. 15-16 at FairWinds Winery at 1984 Hastings Ave. W. in Port Townsend, Eaglemount Winery at 1893 S Jacob Miller Road in Port Townsend, Castle and Crown Cellars at 926 Water St. in Port Townsend, and Port Townsend Vineyards at at 2640 W. Sims Way in Port Townsend.
Pacific Northwest Tours and Pours is offering shuttle service for $15, plus a $2 fee.
