In celebration of Valentine’s Day, the Hospice Foundation for Jefferson Healthcare is presenting a virtual cooking experience.
Chef Steve Corson will show how to prepare a chef-inspired Valentine Dinner for your sweetheart or loved ones.
Corson has a passion for tasty, approachable meals that cook up quickly. He grew up in Port Angeles and trained in Napa Valley and Northern Italy, and has more than 20 years of restaurant and food development experience. His notable roles includes tours as head chef for Homegrown Sandwiches in Seattle and a culinary trainer for Starbucks Reserve Brand.
The virtual cooking experience will be presented via Zoom from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13. A list of the products and ingredients needed to prepare the dishes will be available upon registration for the event.
