The Quilcene Rangers boys varsity baseball team opened the season with a 6-5 win against Tacoma Baptist School.
The victory was followed by a lopsided loss against Crosspoint Academy late last week.
The Warriors unleashed a big bat attack against the Rangers and the hits just kept on coming as Crosspoint cruised to a 19-1 win.
Quilcene stood at 1-1 in conference play after the first week of baseball.
The Quilcene boys will return to action next week, with home games scheduled against Pope John Paul II School on Tuesday, April 13 and again against Tacoma Baptist Thursday, April 15.
The first pitch is at 4:15 p.m.
